Amer Bally: Rebuilding a Career and Empowering Others in the Mortgage Industry

Amer Bally

At the young age of 28, Michigan resident Amer Bally embarked on a journey in the mortgage industry that would shape his professional trajectory. Beginning his career in 2013, Amer showcased remarkable growth and resilience, facing adversity head-on and emerging stronger than ever.

From 2016 to 2018, Amer had the privilege of working at United Wholesale Mortgage under the mentorship of Mat Ishbia, the owner of United Wholesale Mortgage & The Phoenix Suns. Amer was also mentored by Anthony Casa, a renowned name in the mortgage industry.  This invaluable experience laid the foundation for Amer’s expertise in the field. In 2018, Amer launched his own company, which was also known as the Bally Team, with a mission to make a significant impact in the industry. Within a remarkably short period, Amer climbed the ranks from the third-ranked mortgage professional to number two and ultimately claimed the coveted number-one spot in the industry.

However, Amer’s career took an unexpected turn when he faced accusations of fraud and scamming. Despite the distressing allegations, Amer maintained his integrity and confronted the accusations head-on. Eventually, a hearing cleared his name, proving him not guilty of any RESPA, or Fraud Accusations, rather performing work while in the transition from one brokerage to another unlicensed. Undeterred by the challenges he faced, Amer founded a new company, Be All, in October 2022. Be All Coaching and Consulting was established with a unique vision of becoming more than just a coach or consultant but an actual partner to loan officers and brokers. Amer aimed to delve into the depths of each business, identifying areas for improvement and providing guidance to enhance existing practices. Working with individuals at all levels within organizations, Amer sought to instill discipline, accountability, and a keen eye for opportunities.

Be All Coaching and Consulting draws upon Amer Bally’s extensive experience in the mortgage industry. His diverse background, including work at a retail mortgage company, a wholesale lender, a credit union, and as his own broker, has provided him with invaluable insights into every aspect of the business. Now, Amer is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and helping other businesses reach their maximum potential.

With the core value of “Be All,” Amer and his team firmly believe that there are no limitations to what individuals can achieve in the mortgage industry. They offer proper coaching, guidance, and discipline to empower professionals and help them realize their ultimate potential. Through Be All Coaching Company, Amer Bally is determined to become a partner in the success of others, enabling them to thrive in their careers and lives.

Amer Bally’s story serves as an inspiration to all aspiring professionals in the mortgage industry. His journey, marked by resilience, professional growth, and overcoming false accusations, showcases the power of determination and the importance of having the right guidance. As Amer continues to make a positive impact on the industry, he remains committed to his mission of empowering individuals to “Be All” they aspire to be.
