Miller is keeping up with modern changes through his 25+ years of leadership experience in the industry. Bert E. Miller is the current Chairman & CEO of Protis Global and President and CEO of MRINetwork, which is a recruitment organization that offers consulting, integration & business growth training, contract staffing, and community building to over 325 search firms worldwide. When Bert acquired MRI, his intention was to lead the organization and its different locations through digital transition and into a new era of talent access. His vision is to successfully scale his unique network model while supporting existing members with proven tools, training, digital media products, and technology. Bert is an active speaker, mentor, advisor, and investor. He hosts the video podcast series, Beyond the Bottom Line with Bert Miller.

Beyond the Bottom Line has a 5-star rating on Apple Podcasts and frequent content broadcasting different talented individuals from all over the country.  Bert came from humble beginnings and grew up just north of Indianapolis, where he began his career at E&J Gallo, as part of their leadership and business accelerator program. 

Through E&J Gallo, Bert became District Manager at Monarch Beverage and then went on to Revlon, where he held six roles before becoming Division Director. Bert led a team responsible for $180 million in sales of Revlon Classic Cosmetics & Fragrances. 

At age 33 in 1995, Bert left corporate America and co-founded Protis Global, a recruitment organization that has today become one of MRINetwork’s 10 largest member firms. Three years ago. Bert had the chance to take over MRINetwork and today serves as the CEO and President. Bert believes that a large percentage of the workforce is unfulfilled because work has become a reflection of our worth and what we can or cannot afford. This is the main reason Bert strives to promote building more of an attractive workplace so that the needs and wants of employees are met. Bert believes that “People gravitate towards values-focused organizations, flexibility, leaders and team members who they enjoy working with, and, as mentioned earlier, fulfillment.”
