This glamorous evening is the brainchild of Heloa Johnson, the founder of Brazil Styles. Heloa’s story is one of resilience, perseverance, and passion. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, she moved to San Diego in 2005 with her late husband, Jimmy Johnson, to build a new life. Together, they opened Fat Ivor’s Rib Rack, one of San Diego’s top barbecue restaurants. After Jimmy’s passing in 2007, Heloa channeled her strength into honoring his legacy while raising their daughter.
Inspired by her love of fitness and fashion, Heloa launched Brazil Styles, a brand that blends Brazilian craftsmanship with innovative designs to empower women. Brazil Styles highlights the natural beauty and strength of every woman.
