Chris level is not the first musician to face mental health breakdowns but Chris level’s mental health problem is different than any other condition many celebrities face. Chris level’s mental health started early when he was in his early teens from 12 years old, when Chris was young he was a very angered kid as many of his family friends started to consider doing mental health checks for him. He grew up out of it but still to this date the issue can’t be 100% gone as many experts presume, “I turned to music as a way of escaping all the harsh realities I was facing and as a way of calming myself down, didn’t knew I was good at it” Chris told us.

Music could and is a really good remedy for people facing some types of mental health problems that involve anger as it can be a cheaper way to get relaxed and calm down the anger. Chris Level also told us that he was thrilled to have not tried out music as a way of relaxing from his problem but also did know that he was great at it, with all the internet these days it seems as if people are always exposed to the outside world a lot which could be a great thing for some of them that are extroverted but also a pain in the back to those who only wants to lock in and get introverted, Chris level is a mix of the two; not too extroverted and not too introverted which makes it a good fit for him and which explains his rapid rise on the internet as a sync composer and sync artist. Chris level’s music is also the thing that separates him from others,” this is a freakin’ blessing. You don’t know how much it means to me to be able to make and write music that helps people’s moods and which also serves as a remedy for their mental health problems to speak. I don’t want that people who like my music to face what I faced that’s why I make sure my soundtracks are as good as possible in each corner of production” Chris said. Music is a good remedy to calm down the temper and struggles, this is why Chris’s soundtracks and music are recommended all over the internet as a natural remedy… and yeah it is.

The process of making music is a long process that requires focusing on the market and sellability of the product which is the music, this process is misunderstood by people outside the actual process but when you get into it as many experts quotes then you finally know how important mental wellbeing is radical throughout the process. “When I was making lose ma cool with kush Beatz, Chris Level would make something minimal on the instrumental then go outside relax for 15 to 25 minutes, and then comes back to change or add another minimal thing on the instrumental. It taught me a lot about how to make perfect soundtracks without being a try-hard. It’s because I started using that technique since then” said Chris. Relaxing and having little things that up your mood in a creative workflow is something that has contributed a lot for Chris Level in the temper management and mental health management process as it has proved to work efficiently well which is something a lot more other creative people like sync composers and sync artists are starting to implement into their workflow as well. Chris’s music reflects on wanting the listener to be able to manage their moods well to avoid any sort of mental breakdowns as much of the music of today encourages.
