A gaping hole exists in the women’s underwear market for comfortable yet beautiful inclusively sized underwear that takes you from morning to night. Which is why 85% of what she’s previously purchased, is unused in her underwear drawer. Meet Uwila Warrior- underwear of her weekly rotation, underwear she enjoys for herself, underwear she forgets she’s even wearing, because fewer wedgies mean more kickin’ ass.

Uwila Warrior’s line is designed by women for women. Uwila is inclusively sized from XXS to 4X, and is a line of products that actually fit, feel good, and are built to last.

Tell us about the founder. What is their background? How did they come up with the idea?

What started as a side hustle of two old friends from college has evolved into a movement.

Co-founders Natalia Martorell and Lisa Mullan were not alone with their frustrations with the choices women had for their underwear drawers. Like Uwila Warrior’s customers from size XXS to 3X, Lisa and Natalia decided not to put up with this anymore.

With Natalia’s 20+ years’ experience in fashion and Lisa’s 20+ years in finance and digital marketing they came together to make comfortable, functional, quality fun underwear with fewer wedgies and more kickin’ ass.

While Uwila Warrior initially launched to sell to friends and family, word of mouth grew, and woman everywhere are discovering they deserve and can have better underthings.

What do customers love most about the product?

Women love that Uwila Warrior melds beauty, quality and comfort for all body shapes and sizes.  Every detail of our product construction is thoughtfully considered, from the use of quick drying silk knit fabric as our natural fiber choice over soggy cotton, a cut that fits around her natural curves, tags that rip out, to seams thoughtfully on the side or even better, altogether seamless.

Our team’s North Star is:

To design for her always,

To design for all bodies,

 To meld beauty and function

Customer love is most evidenced by Uwila Warrior’s 20-40% monthly repeat customer purchase rate.

Straight from the mouths of our customers:

-“Where Have You Been All My Life?”

-“So, so comfortable and NO LINES!!! I didn’t think it was possible”

-“There’s a reason I now own 15”

-“For the first time in ages I actually forgot about my underwear”

-“Forever ruined from other brands!”

Where can people get this product?
