What problem does Earth baby solve?
Although there are many natural baby care products, they fall short of moisturization and skin barrier protection. Earth Baby is different because it is the only advanced natural baby skincare line formulated to restore and maintain the skin’s natural properties via our Oleosphere Technology. Mothers are wiser now, reading the ingredient list and comparing it to what is good and bad. What is the “Founder story”?
Florence Nacino learned at a young age that life was not fair. Born in the Philippines, she was orphaned by both parents at the tender age of 5. Growing up, reading became her escape from reality and allowed her to envision a successful life in the USA. After Florence graduated college, she came to America with her husband with only $100 in her pocket. She started working in a Chemistry laboratory. As the years went by, she became a founding member of two successful entrepreneurial manufacturing companies in Los Angeles serving the beauty and personal care industries. Later, she became the owner and CEO of a contract manufacturer of the drug and cosmetic products, which she successfully sold in 2021. She has over 40 years of formulating many health and beauty products sold globally in the private label, prestige, medical, spa, and salon market space.
How did you come up with the idea?
When Florence’s first grandchild was born, she decided she did not want him to use what was readily available. Being a formulator, she knew the ingredients in the baby care products and wanted to make something safe yet effective for him. She crafted Earth Baby exclusively for him, and as he grew, she decided to share her formula with the world.
