Every artist and athlete needs to work with a company that will believe in them and helps them reach the goals they have set for themselves. A company that knows what they are doing and how to walk the road to success. That is why Essince plans to turn Royal Heir Entertainment into the Roc Nation of the minor leagues.
Essince has dove into many different industries throughout his career. His experience goes from music to sports as the owner of the Akron Aviators and the President of Media and Entertainment for the American Basketball Association (ABA). He has used his talent and experience to help other individuals jumpstart and increase their careers both in the music business and the sports industry, spotlighting their talent and helping them make beneficial deals.
In November 2008, Essince started Royal Heir Entertainment in his dorm room. He was an Audio Engineering student at Webster University who created press kits for his clients. These would contain song demos, bios, cover art, and headshots. He realized he was good at booking shows and getting press, so he began helping artists who were struggling. However, he did not want to focus only on music. He wanted his passion for sports to be included in his business. That is why in 2016, he partnered with ABA to book halftime entertainment, national anthem singers, and post-game parties.
Royal Heir Entertainment grew to become an award-winning, international entertainment company focusing on media, marketing, and distribution. “We help artists at all levels sell more music, reach more fans, and create long-lasting careers,” says Essince. “And we recently launched Royal Heir Sports working with professional teams, leagues, and athletes.” Their goal for the upcoming years is to follow a structure similar to Roc Nation, emphasizing minor leagues sports and budding talent, focusing on athletes and urban and Latin entertainment.
“We focus on media, marketing, and distribution, owning several radio stations, online TV networks, blogs, and magazines,” explains the founder of Royal Heir Entertainment. “We expanded into sports marketing recently but will expand to include agents, too. Our focus is on basketball, soccer, breakdancing, and boxing for now. Similar to Roc Nation’s music marketing, label services, and agent services to major athletes, we want to cater to the artists and talent who need a boost to get to the next level.”
Boosting your career can be challenging, but it is not impossible if you have the right help. People who know how to network and market your brand. That is why Essince plans to turn Royal Heir Entertainment into the Roc Nation of the minor leagues.
