What first got you into music?

Realizing that music was a form of poetry and expression.

I needed an outlet to talk about my idea of the world

through my lens. Music gave me the voice to do that.

Who inspired you to make music?

I think just listening to so many different genres of music growing up

I realized that art can be created in so many different ways. No

one really in particular inspired me. It was more music as a whole

that captured my attention.

How would you describe the music that you typically create?

Original, relatable, Lyrical and unique. It always carries a

message of some kind. Whether hidden or in your face, it’s there.

You may just have to listen a little closer to find out certain

meanings or detect certain real life circumstances. That’s what makes it fun

for me.

What is your creative process like?

I’ve always been an extremely fast writer. Now a days I put on

a beat and just write as I conjure up the topic and theme of the song.

It usually just starts jumping on the paper like it was always meant

to be there. It is an awesome experience.

Who would you most like to collaborate with?

There are many artists I would love to collaborate with. Kendrick,

Eminem, Tom MacDonald, Jelly Roll, Harry Styles…I mean the

list goes on.

If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?

I would like to open for Eminem. His impact and influence on me

and my music is monumental. The way he has taken back the game

in his late career is also quite impressive and something that

cannot go unnoticed.

How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?

Let’s just say it’s a gift and a curse, ain’t it Jay ?

Which famous artists do you admire?

I admire anyone that makes music for the love of making music. I admire anyone

that makes music to make an impact on the world in a positive way.

What is the best advice you’ve been given?

Invest in yourself

If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?

The stigma and stereotype of age in Hip-Hop

What’s next for you?

Building my brand whether my music, clothing or my Television

Network INDEPTV. Taking everything I have and balancing it all out

into one major development. Dropping my new album “Heart of A Lion”.

And helping artists around the globe gain the respect they deserve as a

Marketing Executive.
