She is well-known for being crowned Miss Peru 2021. When she was awarded Miss Indigenous America and represented the title at Miss Global, she became the first woman in history to carry a national-level Indigenous American title in an international beauty competition. Mischaela has also appeared on various fashion magazine covers in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Spain, and the Baltic nations.
