What problem does Splashes Lashes solve?
Splashes Lashes puts a new, innovative twist on the traditional fake lashes. Most fake lashes nowadays all look relatively similar to each other. We wanted our lashes to stand out in the crowd, which is why we decided to put our own twist on the traditional fake lash with our decal lashes. Our false lashes help explore your creativity and discover new ways to express yourself through makeup through our various different styles, including lashes with butterflies, stars, flowers, etc.
Tell us about the founder. What is their background?
Anika Sands and Kamryn Terry met when we were 5 years old in their first-grade class together. They grew up together and went to separate universities (the University of Washington and the University of Arizona). After graduating college in 2020, they were left in the midst of a pandemic and not sure what their next steps were in their careers.
How did they come up with the idea?
One day we were experimenting with eyeshadow and makeup looks and thought about adding glitter to our lashes. Once we had that initial idea, we started thinking about other styles like butterflies, stars, and hearts and decided to each invest a small sum to buy some materials and test them out. Kami’s love of makeup and Anika’s background in social media have ultimately led to the idea of selling this as our own product, decal lashes. A groundbreaking new false eyelash that hasn’t been done like this before.
How can this transform the world or our day-to-day lives?
Splashes Lashes False Eyelashes have completely transformed the way that people use makeup to express themselves. Piggybacking off of the rise of ‘Euphoria’ contemporary makeup styles, these lashes can be used to take your makeup look to the next level and enhance your natural lashes with a cute little decal on the ends of the lashes.

We work hard to keep up to date with the current style trends and to incorporate them into our false eyelashes.
