In the middle of the pandemic, while most of us were streaming Netflix, ordering toilet paper from Amazon, or in the process of packing on the pandemic pounds, the Shah family gathered around their kitchen table. They experimented with creating different beverages using a common household ingredient: ginger. After several trials and errors, they found the perfect taste, and Glish was born. Through their experimentation, they came up with three authentic flavors — Chai-spice ginger, Yuzu ginger, and Mango ginger.

Can describe people or any noun that gives anyone a slight feeling of euphoria upon sight and may cause one to forget what they’re thinking.”

Coca-cola sang songs about wanting to teach the world to sing in perfect harmony while holding hands and standing on a mountaintop. For the California-based Shah family, Glish signifies togetherness.
