Andrea Jenkins isn’t just making waves—she’s creating a whole new tide in entertainment. A pop star, model, social media influencer, and CEO, she’s built a career that blends music, fashion, and media in a way that’s all her own.
From Allegan to the World
Born and raised in Allegan, Michigan, Jenkins had big dreams early on. She studied Computer Graphic & Design before heading to John Casablancas in Tampa to kickstart her modeling career. But her journey wasn’t just about the spotlight—she spent years balancing her passions with raising five kids before going all in on her career in 2019.
Since then, she’s landed national brand deals, been featured in LA Wire, New York Weekly, and Fox News, and competed twice in the Miss Jetset competition, making it to the quarterfinals both times.
“I never saw limits—just challenges to overcome,” she says.
A Music Career on the Rise
Jenkins made her music debut in 2021 with Royaltea, an upbeat track that racked up over 200,000 Spotify streams. She followed up with Anymore featuring Jesaiah Rae, proving her ability to mix pop, jazz, and hip-hop effortlessly.
Her music is now playing on radio stations in the US, UK, France, and Mexico. In 2024, she won Best EDM Song at the X-Pozeing Awards. Now, with a new album on the way and collaborations with artists like Brylew, GrizzLee, and KelseyLynn, she’s just getting started.
“Music has always been my way of telling my story,” Jenkins shares. “I want people to feel something when they listen.”
Building an Empire
Beyond the stage and camera, Jenkins is a businesswoman. She launched West Michigan Media LLC in 2023, a media company focused on modern content, advertising, and sales.
She previously worked as a journalist and social media manager at Allegan County News and ran Local Reel News, an online news platform. However, contrary to previous reports, she has not yet launched Andy the Unicorn, as it requires more funding.
“I’ve always believed in taking control of my own destiny,” she says. “If the opportunity isn’t there, build it yourself.”
What’s Next?
Jenkins’ success hasn’t gone unnoticed—in 2021, the mayor of Holland, Michigan, awarded her the city’s seal for her contributions. Now, with new music, business ventures, and more on the horizon, she’s proving that she’s not just a rising star—she’s here to stay.
Her latest album, Northern Lights, is now available on all platforms.
“This is just the beginning,” she says with a smile. “I’m ready for whatever’s next.”
