Tell us about the founder. What is their background?
After graduating from school in fashion, I started working in the corporate world where I fell in love with retail and product sourcing. For the past seven years, I’ve been working for a family-owned beauty company where I learned the true meaning of product sourcing and how a passion can easily be turned into reality! After gaining knowledge in the beauty space, I knew that I wanted to try something on my own, but I didn’t know what until I brought home my dog, Dexter. I quickly recognized a need for a brand that can help break down the confusion and guide you through the entire life of your pet! I decided I wanted to help other pet parents easily make the right decisions, so I created a brand that can introduce you to all of Dexter’s favorite pet items.
How did they come up with the idea?
My business adventure started with one purchase…my dog Dexter! I was a new pet parent, and I was super nervous about making sure I had everything I needed more. Through that experience, I decided I wanted to help other pet parents easily make the right decisions, so I created a brand that can introduce to you all of Dexter’s favorite pet items. Dexter always sniffs out good quality items that are functional, fun, and ahead of the trends which is so important to me. When he is happy, I am happy!
How can this transform the world or our day-to-day lives?
For many people, dogs are our children, and when our dog is happy it brings so much joy! I know for me, when Dexter is living his best life and healthy and happy, I am the happiest. Our products help pet parents easily make the right decisions for their pups to ensure they are also living their best life like Dexter.
What do customers love most about the product?
Our customers love that each product is thoughtfully sourced and tested and approved by Dexter himself! They can feel the personal touch and like knowing that each item has been sniffed out by Dexter.
