Miami based influencer Foodinvestors as he’s known on his social media platforms has embarked himself in an exciting culinary journey around the world: to find the best flavors and try all the top fine dining restaurants ranked by the world’s 50 best and the Michelin guide organizations
After 3 years living as a digital nomad he’s accomplished more than many could ever dream of… Having visited 27 countries and experienced the top restaurants in the world ranked by the World’s 50 Best organization and developing relationships with some of the best chef and restaurant owners.
Today we ask him some questions about all the knowledge he’s garnished by his traveling lifestyle:
-What made you embark on this journey?
“I’ve always been passionate about food and fine dining, I believe that fine dining allows us to truly value the versatility and richness of every ingredient, Chef are artists and what they create in fine dining restaurants are Masterpieces”
-What’s the highest ranked restaurant you’ve ever been to so far and was it worth it?
“Disfrutar at Barcelona, currently ranked as the world’s 2nd best restaurant. It was an amazing experience. There I had the best bite I’ve ever tasted: A Beluga Caviar Stuffed”
-You told me you’ve been hunting to find the best Tiramisu, did you find it?
“Haha, yes… It’s my personal mission to try Tiramisu at every Italian restaurant I visit. So far, after visiting hundreds of Italian restaurants I’m pretty convinced the best Tiramisu is at La Cantinetta Osteria in Florence, Italy.

-After visiting 27 countries what’s your favorite place to travel to?
“Mallorca, I fell in love with that Island. I always comeback, I’d choose it over any other place without hesitation. It’s a magical place”
-Do you miss Miami when you’re abroad?
“How not to miss such a great and vibrant city? Miami is an unique place, being away just makes you realize how beautiful our city is and all the great things it has to offer”
-What’s the biggest challenge you face as a digital nomad?
“Solitude… Being alone can become quite a Challenge but it’s also an opportunity to grow and get to know yourself better, identify what you truly want. And you get to meet a lot of people that are willing to accompany your solo journey, you make a lot of friends all over the world”
-What’s next on your culinary journey?
“Next month I’ll be going to Las Vegas to attend the Signature Events organized by the World’s 50 Best organization, including the Icon Chef Dinner, a once in a lifetime culinary event where 7 of the greatest American Chefs will create dishes for attendees; a magical experience and a monumental week where we’ll be interacting with the world’s greatest chef and culinary influential people”
-What future projects are you working on?
“Future is bright, I’m currently strengthening my brand in the fine dining industry and focusing on my restaurant consulting role. Soon I’ll be embarking on a video-graphic travel & dining project around the world with a great filming crew, stay tuned”
