Liontari Agency was founded by Mike Morales in the music industry to help artists take their careers to the next level. When Mike realized how many scam artists and shady business practices there were in the music industry, he created his agency. A few years after doing artist development and marketing talented artists, Morales decided to change direction.
Through a targeted marketing approach that includes Facebook marketing and Instagram growth, Mike helps business owners that sell high-ticket products, and info-products, and work in eCommerce scale their businesses.
In the early stages of the pandemic in 2020, Mike had just graduated and was headed towards a successful career in the film industry with one of the space’s giants: Netflix. As it did for thousands of others, that opportunity vanished with the rapidly evolving job market. As Mike’s career path drastically changed, he dedicated himself to learning new skills such as copywriting, sales, human psychology, marketing trends, funnels, and everything related to marketing. His learning curve was steep, with rejections and failures along the way, but it only strengthened him.
With Mike’s expertise in digital marketing, multiple brands and business owners were able to benefit from his advice regardless of challenges. His Elite Xcelerator System helped Labelle’s Beauty, an eCommerce brand he worked with, go from $26,000 to $108,000 in revenue in a matter of months.
With his Elite Xcelerator System, he hopes to help as many business owners as possible. It provides business owners with end-to-end marketing and sales solutions that help them grow their businesses significantly in 90 days. In Mike’s view, everyone needs to find a purpose that fulfills them rather than a lifestyle that satisfies them. In my interview with Mike, I asked him about the biggest challenges he faced and some wisdom he’d like to share.
Here’s what he had to say:
What were the biggest challenges you’ve faced and how did you overcome them?
- Mike : The fear of failure. I used to hate and fear getting rejected and put down because people wouldn’t see the value in what I was offering, but that rejection only made me stronger and learn how to communicate my offer more effectively.
What wisdom would you want to share with others?
- Mike : I’d say that marketing is the lifeblood of every business. Marketing aims to get people interested in a business’s product or service and trust you in the process. Without effective marketing, a business has little chance of surviving, especially in today’s time.”
