Revolutionizing Tech: 3 Ways AI is Automating Processes

AI

Artificial Intelligence is evolving and changing how we do things. According to PwC research, AI will generate global economic growth worth $15.7 trillion by 2030. In 2021, Forbes released an article about how AI revolutionized several industries like health care,  Banking, Education, and more. In this article, I will discuss three ways AI revolutionizes processes in the tech industry.

AI Chatbots

Chatbots are computer programs designed to respond to customer queries. They can answer questions, provide resolutions and even make recommendations for the customer’s problems. Tech companies are using AI Chatbots to resolve customer queries 24×7. They resolve common customer queries and save time for both customers and the company.

Image and Speech Recognition

Another way Artificial Intelligence is being used in the tech industry is through Image and speech recognition. This technology helps computers understand what is happening in a picture, video, or audio recording. Such tools help scan security systems to identify suspicious activities. They are also helping people with disabilities to control their devices using their voices. These systems capture action items in virtual meetings, allowing all attendees to focus on strategic discussions.

Data-driven decisions

When computers use data and machine learning algorithms to make predictions about the future, we call it predictive analysis. This tool is helping tech companies make better data-driven decisions. For example, a company might use predictive analytics to predict the demand for a certain product in future quarters. Using this information, the company can invest better in building and pricing the said product.

In conclusion, with AI chatbots, image and speech recognition, and data-driven decisions, AI is making the tech industry more efficient. By automating several processes, AI is helping tech industry employees become more productive. It gives them tools to focus on more strategic tasks.
