Moreover, teams were unwilling to share and/or explain valuations for my clients that were dictated by the supply and demand of the free agency market, and not by my client’s career. These same resources were also non-existent for the real stakeholders, the athletes, and fans. My ‘aha’ moment came when I realized that there was a huge gap in the sports ecosystem, and something needed to be done to bridge that gap. NBA

My software analyzes an athlete’s best team fit, most efficient player combos, performance, and contract trajectory, individual athlete performance skill sets, injury predictions, and player potential. NBA
As I began to build the company, I did so with the intention of creating an all-in-one tool that would display a neutral baseline comparison for athletes in real-time, projecting financial value in a dynamic way, holistically accounting for an athletes’ career. NBA
Within contract negotiations, there is usually a slim 24- to 72-hour window until most money from teams is gone. Rather than having to create 80-page briefs based on free agency signings, my software resolves the issue in seconds. NBA
Using my degree in computer technology, and an MBA, I realized I needed more data to complement the agent eye test. Each signing is an investment and dictates the success of my career in scouting and signing new clients. I needed to assess the risk/reward with more advanced internal technology in front of me. Numerous technology companies wanted to partner with me on the disruptive business model I used to build out my vision. NBA
Once we had the beta version, we tested the software with over 20 NBA teams, media personnel, athletes, and agents during our pilot program. We have a vault full of case studies that show our real-time and projected analysis of player performance and financial value compared to the actual contract signed with respective teams. When we signed Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks, who have implemented the software within their organization, and were able to officially validate the software. We have also partnered with ESPN Insider and NBA salary cap expert Bobby Marks and generated more than 160 contract reports from free agency signings.
ProFitX defines value based on a player’s career instead of the opinions of each team. Salary restrictions put 80% of the athletes at a disadvantage and my technology helps athletes get paid their fair value using advanced data. We have helped numerous athletes shed the vet minimum label with our projections including Jeff Green, Taj Gibson, and Derrick Rose.
Sports is all about numbers and the bottom line. Team valuations will skyrocket after winning a championship by 1 billion dollars in the blink of an eye.
