Our YhorLife “Wellness in a Soap” helps to topically address issues of skin dryness, eczema, and the effects of harsh water. It also aids in visualization and feeling luxurious and worthy due to the Oud and essential oils used.
How can this transform the world or our day-to-day lives?
With consistent daily use, you not only see and feel your skin transform but also the essential oils and stones (different gemstones for each soap. Ocean Jasper is the constant in each soap as it’s the gemstone that works best in water) in our soaps serve as a gentle daily reminder of your intentions and goals.
In addition, I believe it gives people confidence. It’s the foundation. If your soap starts off with luxurious ingredients, you’re subconsciously telling yourself, “I’m worth it. I deserve it.” That’s everything!

What is the “Founder story”?
I’m the Founder/Creator of Yhorlife, serving the unique needs of global communities with widely accessible, customizable tools for improved wellness, stronger community, and lasting positivity. As a former World Cup athlete and Fortune 100 executive, I understand the foundational elements of building an optimistic mindset and healthy body. Believing that connected mind-body wellness supports a thriving life, I developed a multi-functional online platform designed to inspire all aspects of healthy living – mind, body, and spirit.
I learned the importance of discipline and hard work through my experience with International Fencing. I was committed to the sport, leading me to represent the US in two World Cup events. I went on to excel in the world of corporate finance, earning a degree in Business Administration/Finance from the Fox School of Business. Rising to the position of Corporate Revenue Accountant for a Fortune 100 company, I felt exhausted and burned out amid the daily grind.
Then, I set out to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach and a member of the International Association for Health Coaches, developing a personal wellness regimen to fuel powerful living. The answers I discovered for my own life became Build Yhorlife CoachingTM, an entirely new and personalized approach to mind-body wellness accessible to everyone, regardless of budget or background. Featured on Fox & Friends, Telemundo, in Voyage Magazine, and more, Build Yhorlife CoachingTM grew into a powerful resource for self-improvement.
Now, I expanded my proven coaching program into a versatile resource filled with tools for improved wellness and enhanced positivity, bringing together a community of individuals seeking to curate an uplifting lifestyle. The Yhorlife team shares inspiring stories from conscious, community-focused innovators/brands who seek to do well by doing good in the realms of fashion, film, beauty, business, and more. How did you come up with the idea?
I have had eczema since I was a young child. My grandmother was in search of a solution to my eczema. My diet was incredibly strict, but I would still have flare-ups. She knew it was due to the topical lotions I was using. So when I was 12 and my brother 10, she set up at her home for a lady to teach us all summer how to make our own lotions, soaps, scrubs, and candles from scratch. My grandmother was right because when I could see/ control what was in my soaps and lotions, my skin didn’t react. For the last 20 years, I’ve made my body lotions and soaps- it’s very relaxing for me. About 2 years ago, I was playing with new formulas, and my brother was doing an apprenticeship with a perfumist, and I started building the different soaps from there. My friends noticed my perfume was “more fragrant.” I laughed because I was using the soap and actually using less soap. Then that’s when I decided to create our “Wellness In a Soap” collection. Everyone needs soap. What’s even better, there are gemstones activated by water, so you can meditate or visualize and get charged while using the soap- I’m all about efficiency, lol.
