After all, his participation in the military is through no choice, as it was decided for him by his family from a very early age. Artyom Belikov and his family believe that it is their duty to serve their country and are extremely proud of their patriotism to Russia. This family has honored their military duties long enough to receive several high-profile awards for their loyalty and dedication to their country. The most important thing to take from this young warrior is how his experiences has shaped his character today. While he grew not only stronger but braver, Artyom Belikov is a young adult who has been affected gravely by the casualties of war. He has some issues with trust and letting people in because he has had a lot taken from him as someone who has grown up in the middle of constant war. Artyom Belikov, while he is proud of his family’s accomplishments and awards, dreams of a peaceful world someday with no wars, as he firmly believes they bring absolutely no one good, only hardships.
