Education Through Music’s Unique Model is Focused Maximizing Student Potential
Education Through Music (ETM) champions a distinctive approach to music education, focusing on enhancing the potential of students in under-resourced schools. At the core of ETM’s model is the integration of music as a fundamental curriculum component, ensuring every student benefits from a comprehensive and sequential music education. This is achieved by setting up new music classrooms, employing high-quality music teachers, and developing a curriculum that adheres to state and national standards.
ETM’s strategy involves creating a sustainable educational ecosystem within schools. This includes providing continuous training and professional development for both music and classroom teachers, and offering robust support and guidance to school principals. The program fosters increased parental and community involvement and evaluates itself rigorously to uphold the highest standards of educational quality.
