What problem does Hydration solve?

What is the “Founder story”?

The health and wellness industry is inundated with false claims, go-big-or-go-home mentalities, and no pain, no gain tropes. When the reality is, that’s not reality. We were over it. Companies are taking full credit for unobtainable weight loss, muscle gain, and achievement of wellness goals–and we’re not here to be quiet about it.

At Essential Elements, we LOUDLY acknowledge there is so much more that goes into wellness than the flick of a pill in the morning. This is why we will always be truthful about our goals. We know we are just part of your story. In reality, you’re going to have to show up, put in the work, make small changes daily, and take your supplements to experience the whole picture of being well. Easy? No. Honest? You bet.

While on our quest to better the world of supplementation, we understood it was time to ditch the gimmicks, chemicals, synthetics, and the rest of the B.S. and focus solely on what’s essential. This is why we focus exclusively on naturally derived, scientifically-grounded products while taking a candid approach to fitness and nutrition. We’re dedicated to providing solutions that achieve maintainable results the real way.

How did you come up with the idea?

Most folks don’t realize how important it is to ensure they’re getting enough salt in their diet–especially those who are health conscious and eating the majority of whole, natural foods. As a performance-driven brand, it was obvious this was a critical formula we could create to support our wellness-driven and inspired customers. When the body runs low on electrolytes, the impact on the human body is mega – think fatigue, muscle cramps, dehydration, and more. Being both a rock climber, hiker, and avid outdoors enthusiast, working with the internal team to develop a product that helps those exert extra output each day, and the grander community at large, made sense for us.
